This is a traditional Irish ring with two hands holding a heart with a crown on it.

The hands represent friendship, the heart represents love and the crown represents loyalty.  Traditionally, the Claddagh ring has different meanings depending on how it is worn. When it’s worn with the heart facing inwards, it shows the wearer is in a relationship, like a wedding ring!
